INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Main components & features
1 - Base fitted with 4 swivelling casters, 2 of them self- locking.
2 - Stainless steel tank fastened by means of 8 stainless steel
nuts, provided with an inspection trap on the back part.
3 - Raceway made of stainless steel.
4 - Bottle rotation and dipping cam.
5 - Dipping boiler.
6 - Drop collector.
7 - Melting pot with a 3 liter capacity, used as a reserve container.
8 - Bottle gripping arms.
9 - Switch-box strut.
10 - Main power cable.

Electric power supply :
200 V, 3-phased + earth lead - 60 Hz

Control box fitted on feet
1 * Emergency stop pushbutton
2 * Power-on lamp (yellow)
3 * Greeen lamps (red lamp for trouble)
4 * ON pushbutton (green) to start rotation of bottles (CW)
5 * ON / OFF pushbutton for the power-on of the 2 sockets of melting units.

Tooling equipment

Adjustment of the bottle dipping depth into the dipping boiler.

Loosen nut A

Tighten or loosen nut B to move the threaded rod forward or backward.

Cam
Loosen the 4 screws 1 . 2 . 3 . 4 to pusch this cam upward or downward.

Melting Units - 220 V

Dipping boiler A
* consisting of a heating tank and a removable cup (system called air bath)

Spare melting unit B (reserve)
* allows to add wax if required to tank A by pressing handle C

Drop Collector

This crescent-shaped base, made of stainless steel collects wax drops which shall be melted again.
Our machine is delivered provided with a power supply cable in compliance with the French standards. Thus there is no need to use the blue cable corresponding to the neutral wire in France.
You just have to conduct the 3 phase wires with the other colored wires + the yellow lead corresponding to the earth connection.
The cable power supply is used for the whole electric cabinet. Besides, there is a sufficient length of wires in case you want to install the control box somewhere else.

Some Practical Advice
We do not guarantee our wax sealing machine unless it is used with our sealing waxes.
. either Cirlastic (melting point 80 to 81 degrees) may be cut with a knife.
. or traditional wax (melting point 110 to 130 degrees) breakable - waxhot 5195.

Melting Units A and B
After using this equipment, we recommend to pour the wax still in the bowl into aluminium cups. Actually it is quicker to melt small-sized pieces than a big solid mass of material. Furthermore, you will not damage the wax quality.
Also you may add to the tank A a grate the purpose of which is to place again some pieces of wax which will melt without adhering to the bottle.
