COMPACT UNIT CONSISTING OF :

• 1 – An automatic gun (300 ml), sides and height adjustable (vertical positioning of bottles possible), with electronic thermostat (50° to 230°C ± 1,5°C), numerical LED display ;
• 2 – A bottle-holder shoe adjustable to any shape of bottle or container ;
• 3 – A stamp-holder pressure cylinder, sides and height adjustable, on a pivoting axle ;
• 4 – Double delay-time of the fall and dabbing of the wax.

OUTPUT

From 400 to 600 bottles per hour.

OPERATING PRINCIPLE

1 – Place the bottle under the gun and release the start-up button which releases the wax quantity controlled via the timing unit.
2 – The comes comes automatically to position : under the stamping cylinder.
3 – At the end of the operation, the bottle comes back to its initial point.

This unit does not include the bronze seal nor the machining process applied to provide a circulation of chilled water designed to cool down the unit. Our company ensures the manufacture of the bronze seals according to your logo or vintage year.

Our waxes are authorized by the melting gun manufacturer who guarantees the gun only when used with our special wax WAXHOT 5195-5196…
