Compact unit for sealing wax on a bottle or on another container.

Can be fitted onto a bottling line.

 

STANDARD MODEL

1 - Melting generator fitted with metering head on a controlled flexible hose ;
2 – Feed conveyor before and after placing the bottles, coupled with the wax dropping conveyor;
3 – Arm to catch bottles at the input ;
4 - Arm to catch bottles at the output ;
5 – Synchronization of the wax fall and crush ;
6 – Bronze seal holder machined for cooling ;
7 – Bronze seal according to your logo ;
8 – Cooling unit for cooling of the seal holder.

OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT

• Bottle centering device before sealing by means of a marking on label or toe ; optic fiber positioner.
• Bottle storage table.

WAXES

All our waxes are made in our factory; they are guaranteed without any load and require a very low melting point (=80°C).

Standard colors : red, yellow, green, blue, black, white.

Special colors on request.

Our waxes are authorized by the manufacturer of the melting generator who guarantees this appliance only when used with our special waxes WAXHOT 5195-5196…
