Wax random feeding module. Can be fitted on a bottling line.

COMPACT UNIT CONSISTING OF :

Solution 1

• Melting generator fitted with a feeding head (above picture). The melting capacity depends on the output required ;
• Height adjustable pan carrier which can be fitted to a bottling line ;
• Detection by means of optic fiber sensors, initialized with the speed of the conveyor ;
• Time delay metering from 0.3 g to 2 g.

Solution 2

• Melting generator fitted with metering head on a controlled flexible hose ;
• Movable bracket on castors ;
• Detection by means of optic fiber sensors, initialized with the speed of the conveyor ;
• Time delay metering from 0.3 g to 2 g.

WAXES

All our waxes are made in our factory; they are guaranteed without any load and require a very low melting point (=80°C).

Standard colors : red, yellow, green, blue, black, white.

Special colors on request.

Our waxes are authorized by the manufacturer of the melting generator who guarantees this appliance only when used with our special waxes WAXHOT 5195-5196…
